Could use a little help Options

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you are still into photoshop work, as well as web designing. For those of you who are I have a couple favors to ask of you if your willing to help.

My friend has a production company called Dayzed Productions that focuses mostly on skiing and snowboarding films, but also on more artistic filming and photography done by myself. So far my friend makes edits and posts them online for people to see, trying to get the company name out there. Eventually our hope is to actually put out videos that we could sell, as well as photography prints. You can check out the website and click on the videos link to see some of his work. Anyways my friend Chase and I are looking for some help with the company. First of all, where the photoshop part comes in, we're looking to create a new logo for the company. You can see the current logo at the top of the main page of the website. It's not very exciting or well designed. Ideally it would be something more creative and flashy, that people would remember. Basically if any of you are up for it, it would be awesome to just get some random creative designs of the words Dayzed Productions. We're looking for something flashy, and something creative with the words would be cool too. Unfortunately neither of us have the ability to do it ourselves right now, besides scratching things down on paper, or using simple programs like paint.

Then onto the web design. As you can see from the site my friend doesn't have much knowledge on the subject. If anyone would be willing, I'm sure he would love to talk to you and get some advice/help on how to fix some of the issues he's having with the site, and get some new ideas to make it more interesting and appealing.

Any help would be awesome. Don't feel like you need to help, but if you have some free time and would like something to mess around with on photoshop we could use the help. Also if your interested in sharing a little web design knowledge my friend could definitely use the help.

I'll give it a shot I've noticed at least a few improvements i could do on the site. I'll pm you the code when I'm done. I'll try to do it this weekend some time.
